Granata Subscription Program
By purchasing a subscription from Clovia, you agree to the following Subscription Policy and recurring billing terms.
1. Subscription Overview
Clovia offers flexible auto-ship subscription plans designed for convenience and long-term savings.
Available subscription intervals:
- Every 4 weeks
- Every 8 weeks
- Every 12 weeks
When you subscribe, your selected product will automatically renew and be shipped according to your chosen delivery frequency unless canceled.
2. Automatic Renewals
By placing a subscription order, you authorize Clovia to automatically charge your selected payment method at each recurring billing cycle.
Your subscription will continue automatically until canceled.
Charges occur automatically before each shipment is processed.
3. Billing & Payments
Subscription payments are billed automatically based on your selected interval:
- 4-week subscription → billed every 4 weeks
- 8-week subscription → billed every 8 weeks
- 12-week subscription → billed every 12 weeks
If a payment cannot be processed, Clovia may:
- Retry the payment method
- Pause the subscription
- Cancel the subscription after repeated failed attempts
Customers are responsible for maintaining valid and updated payment information.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be made before the next billing date.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Customers may request changes to:
- Delivery frequency
- Shipping address
- Payment method
Changes must be submitted before the next billing cycle begins.
Clovia does not guarantee that modifications requested after billing has started can be applied to the upcoming shipment.
6. 365-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Subscriptions
Clovia’s 365-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to subscription orders only under the following conditions:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The package is lost or never delivered
- There is a verified issue confirmed by our support team via email
For subscriptions, the guarantee applies only to the most recent billing and delivery cycle.
Once a new recurring order has been charged and fulfilled, previous subscription shipments are no longer eligible for refund claims or guarantee coverage.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the consumable nature of our products:
- Returns are not accepted
- Exchanges are not offered for opened or used products
- Refunds are not provided for personal preference or dissatisfaction
All refund or replacement requests are reviewed individually by our support team.
8. Price Changes
Clovia reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing, product availability, discounts, packaging, or subscription benefits at any time.
Customers will be charged the pricing applicable at the time of renewal.
9. Fraud & Abuse Prevention
Clovia reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel subscriptions suspected of:
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of refund policies
- Excessive chargebacks or disputes
- Misuse of promotional offers
